Oldest English-speaking community?[edit]
I don't believe it is true that Hopewell is the oldest continuously inhabited English-speaking settlement in North America. Hampton, VA is older and has been continuously inhabited since at least 1610. I will need to modify this text in the article as necessary. Please feel free to continue this discussion as considered necessary. Thanks. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 209.2.170.2 (talk) 17:02, 3 March 2020 (UTC)
