EPR paradox[edit]
Bell's inequality is not a thought experiment, as the first sentence claims; it's an inequality that typically shows up in thought experiments like the EPR paradox. The derivation given here applies only specifically to the Bell inequality for the EPR paradox - not surprising, considering that it was ripped out willy-nilly from that article. As a result, neither article now makes much sense. For example, this article lacks the setup to the thought experiment, which was introduced in the EPR paradox article. Who is Alice? who is Bob? What electrons? It doesn't even link to EPR paradox!
If you're going to split articles apart, please at least make an effort to modify each article so that it can stand on its own. Thanks. -- CYD 12:41, October 17, 2002
