The Sung document predates Zheng He by several hundred years so it is unlikely the two are related. Imran

Can someone provide the author's name or more detail about this so-called Sung document? Is it the official record of the Song Dynasty or anything else?Ktsquare

Searching the internet the document seems to be universally known as the "Sung document" with no attributed author, several websites indicate that the document was described in the 1933 book Khotan Amiers. --Imran

Article is confusing[edit]

Is this saying that muslims crossed the Atlantic, then crossed America on foot, and then ended up in California, only to repeat the journey? And that the Chinese wrote it? I would assume if the Chinese wrote it, and they're talking about the Pacific coast of America, then the claim would be they crossed the Pacific. 184.166.4.117 (talk) 04:58, 20 December 2014 (UTC)
